Bookings

Visit and event bookings can be rescheduled free of charge with 7 days notice. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit deposits.

Orders

Marketplace orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Custom or made-to-order items may have restocking fees — we will always tell you first.

Donations

Donations are generally non-refundable once processed, except where the law requires otherwise.
